Hi,

I'm new to GlassFish and Java development. But I am developing a Maven Enterprise Application type project in NetBeans 6.8. When deploying my ear-file to GlassFish I get the error:

Exception while loading the app : java.lang.RuntimeException: EJB Container initialization error.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance for your help.
