From the stack trace, the problems seems happening from processing webservices annotations:

Caused by: java.lang.ClassCastException: com.sun.enterprise.deployment.annotation.context.EjbsContext
at com.sun.enterprise.deployment.annotation.handlers.WebServiceHandler.processAnnotation(WebServiceHandler.java:168)

Probably there was some change in this area in the patches..
