situation was resolved by putting beans.xml (with no beans defined) into META-INF of ejb-jar. Without it the CDI bean discovery is not enabled. For those interested in motivation of this requirements I recommend:
But i have a question for glassfish implementors, why the container does not raise exception while processing @Inject field? This will help a lot in debugging.
