By Installing your packages in "[...]\glassfishv3\glassfish\lib" (for example; C:\Program Files\glassfishv3\glassfish\lib), they will be accessible to all in your GlassFish installation.
As you know, you must apply the <provided> tag in your pom.xml too. (if you use Maven)
