I've downloaded Glassfish V3 and experience the same trouble when deploying an Enterprise Project through the Eclipse Server Connector. Deploying the .ear through the web console works fine, however, accessing the web app fails and the server log reports that a bean in the web project could not find a entity class that comes from the JPA project. I think the ear is set up appropriately, with the persistence stuff in a separate jar placed in the lib directory of the ear, a session bean placed in an EJB jar, an EJB Client Jar that holds the Local Interface and finally a war containing the web project. Inside the web project is a JSF bean that references classes from both the persistence project and the ejb client project.
The ear has been prepared by the eclipse (galileo) export wizard for the enterprise project and, as I said, deploys through the GF3 admin console.
Any ideas what might have been misconfigured?
