Looking at the ant output, it said "Invalid user or password" at various places. Which version of the glassfish are using, v2 or v3?

If you are using v3, the AS_ADMIN_PASSWORD in the admin-password.txt should be blank like this:
AS_ADMIN_PASSWORD=
