Exploded WAR deployment (Fish vs. Cat!)

This rather aggressive paper convinced me that it's worth a try to run my web applications on GlassFish instead of Tomcat.

Some of my webapps are rather large so I'm used to deploying them to Tomcat by pointing an XML context definition to my development directory. Like this, there's no need to create a WAR or copy any files.

However, I did not find a way to do this with GlassFish. A high degree of productivity has been promised so there must be a similar option in GlassFish, right?

Any hints/links would be appreciated.
