It is definitely good news. It means that oracle does not treat glassfish like something that is internal competition to their commercial products. I'am curious if they will use base of glassfish to architecture new line of weblogic in the future (with J7EE). It seems that they want to invest money to be more competetive against Microsoft which for me personally is very good news.
