So you didn't run the "uninstall" program? You will also have to
cleanup(remove) the file /var/sadm/install/productregistry
or /var/tmp/productregistry(one of these 2 locations) and try to install
again.

Alternatively, you can also pick a new installdirectory other than
/opt/SUNWappserver.
