The relevant line of code is attempting to retrieve the main attributes from the manifest of a JAR on which an app client depends, but it cannot do so. It looks as if the JAR might not contain a manifest.
The error handling should be better in the NestedAppClientDeployerHelper, but if you can find a JAR in your app that is somehow missing a manifest, then that looks like it is the source of the problem.
Are you using directory deployment or are you deploying an .ear file?
If you can attach your application to this thread or open an issue and attach the app there we can take a look to see what's going on inside.
