I've produced a proper keystore.jks; is there any way to offer it to the
Glassfish gem and enable SSL? The gem creates a temporary domain
directory and doesn't read from a domain.xml file, so there isn't an
obvious place for configuration.

(This is a stumbling block for those interested in replacing both their
frontend Nginx/Apache and backend Mongrel with Glassfish.)
