Thank you for your reply. I resolved the problem
by using the em.find-
Customerent savedCustomer=(Customerent)em.find(Customerent.class, customer.getCusId());
But in the webclient, the user is login in with both the cusId and password. at the moment,
I am only finding details with the cusId. Is this how it's normally done? IT's working now. But
I may work on it further. The above method shows that the query is working.
