If you are using Admin Console, you can easily specify the virtual server you want this app to be available.
You can do that during deployment, refer to the attached "deploy.jpg"
If your application has been deployed, you can edit it and change the virtual server list. Refer to "after-deploy.jpg".
If you are using CLI , you can specify "--virtualservers " option in the 'deploy' command.
