Wild guess: try either reloading the page after a while or use a different browser.
Note the admin console is correctly loaded once you see this line in domains/domain1/logs/server.log :
> Loading application __admingui at /
> Loading __admingui Application done is 23616 ms
> The Admin Console application is loaded.
where does your log stop?
