Please try GLASSFISH_INSTALL/bin/updatetool (glassfish does not need
to be running)
or try disabling the repository(ies) using GLASSFISH_INSTALL/bin/pkg
set-publisher --disable PUBLISHER_NAME ("pkg publisher" lists the
repositories defined).
