So, this error is seen through update tool.
Before you update to b70, which build are you running ? Is this build also from another update from previous version ?
When i was investigate another bug, I myself have done the following on Solaris x86, Mac and WinXP.
- install b69,
- run update tool, install all update, this gives me b70.
- I can launch this b70.
I will try this on Window Vista and report back.
In the meantime, maybe the workaround is to install a fresh b70 instead of through the updatetool.
Since you have open issue# 10733, I will just use that issue to report progress instead of updating here in the forum AND the issue from now on.
