how to track queue routing

I'm a total newbie at glassfish, so forgive me if this should be an easy question.

I have a glassfish cluster that runs two queues. I'd like to know if there is a way that I can see/track how jobs are being routed within the queues. I have a Nagios probe setup to check the number of jobs in each queue on each server and alert if the number is over a certain threshold. Lately, two of my servers have been alarming regularly with a number of jobs that is more than double my threshold, so it seems that those servers are getting an unfair share of jobs routed to them. Is there a way I can check how jobs are getting routed? Or at least see a routing history?
