I found the contract exposed on the server:

http://fgaucho.dyndns.org:8080/CejugClassifiedsServiceAdmin/AdminEndpointDecorator?wsdl

but I couldn't find a link to this contract in the Admin GUI of GF3..

* perhaps just the Sunday laziness but I couldn't find it :)
