Q: Where is com/isp/simple/common/SimpleCommons class packaged?
A: This class resides in the SimpleCommon.jar.
Q: Is this a standalone ejb jar or ear?
A: It is in the EAR.
Q: Can you share the packaging of the application?
A: As I mentioned earlier I have one EAR which contains SimpleCommon.jar,SimpleEJB.jar,SimpleEJBInterface.jar and manifest. The whole problem is that I can't use the classes in SimpleCommon because glassfish can't find them. I don't know why. If i put the SimpleCommon.jar in the glassfish/domains/domain1/lib directory everything is fine.
Q: And can you try with the latest v3 build to see if it makes a difference?
A: I am with the latest.
The whole idea is that I can't use any bundled jars in the EAR like log4j or any other. Even the SimpleCommon.jar can't be loaded. Is this a bug of glassfish or am I doing something wrong?
This EAR works with NO problems in Glassfish v2.1.
