Hello,

I saw the same issue. The application I used can be found here: http://www.laliluna.de/download/WebApplication1.zip. You can test the application calling localhost:8080/howto/sample
Disable cookies in your browser and visit the page. On the first visit the link contains a jsessionid. If you click the link you visit the same page, the jsession id is in the URL of the browser and if it fails, the link doesn't reuse the jsessionid of the URL but has a new jsessionid.

I tested now with three versions of glassfish together with Holger.

The build b65 doesn't work as expected. The others work.
