Looks like 2.1 with GlassFish Tuner. What platform?
It's possible that some GC settings are messing it up.

If it is crashing, JVM should create a hot-spot error log in a file named hserror_<pid>.log. Can you check domain's config folder or your home folder for the existence of such a crash log?
