Is it GlassFish v2?
I'd imagine copying the entire domain folder should get you pretty close. If there are errors, (and hopefully they are easy to decipher) make changes to the files. Most of the changes would be the file named "domain.xml" in domain/config folder.
Please experiment and let us know how it goes ...
