Even if you could find all SSBs (I don't know if you can/cannot), how would it help you? There could be any number of them doing anything. I suspect you need some internal state, say a Singleton SSB, that is updated by each of your SSBs as a connection is started/finished. Then you would interrogate that singleton for your admin function.
