Hi all,

I'm ( still ) trying to run an example it almost works ( I think :-)
). The current problem is that all the pages in the example are xhtml.
When I'm deploying and running the code the server is unable to find
the page newBook.jsp. Which is true, the sample is supplied with an
newBook.xhtml. So my guestion is where are these extentions defined?
