Thanks for answer my question,
when i add the -d64 into the JVM Option, the server prompt that -d64 is not a recongized option, but i change the -client to -servre i saw the JVM is runnng on 64 bits environment.

But what is the main difference on setting -server rather than -client, would it work better, like have more memory space, work faster ?
