At a guess, it looks like it's having trouble parsing the WSDL for the Service, and was expecting either the start of an element or an attribute. Would you be able to post the WSDL? Might give us a better idea of what's wrong.
Admittedly, I'm not sure that's the problem, but it looks likely from the stack trace.
