Some translations are in great shape, others need help. From [1], the
current numbers are:

   zh_CN 92%
   zh_TW 92%
   es 81%
   fr 81%
   de 79%
   tr_TR 26%
   no 22%
   ru_RU 18%
   pt 3%
   cs_CZ 0%
