And for those of you using Unix variants, you can use ln.
So for example
ln -s /www/domain1 <glassfish_domains>/domain1
(<glassfish_domains>/domain1 needs to be gone first)
probably not as pretty as changing the configuration.
I tend to use it to move the logs in the right place
