Hello,
I would like to perform a silent installation of patch 128648-10 (Sun GlassFish Enterprise Server v2.1 Patch02 [ 9.1_02 Patch08 ], _x86: File based patch).
On the fist server I had to install the patch, I created a state file during the GUI installation:
./sges-2_1-p02-solaris-i586.bin -savestate as91u2patch8.state
The patch installation succeed and the installer created a state file.
But now when I try to use this state file on the other servers I have this output:
[i]# ./sges-2_1-p02-solaris-i586.bin -silent as91u2patch8.state

And at the end the patch is not installed. I checked the state file and I see no option to tell to do an upgrade instead of a installation. If I remember well it was a question asked during the GUI installation.
Anyone know if it's possible to do the patch installation in silent mode?
Vincent
