I tried setting the timeout in the url, but that did not work.
The error that I get if I try to specify the time out value in the URL:
ORA-12505, TNS:listener does not currently know of SID given in connect descriptor
The Connection descriptor used by the client was:
<ip>:<port>:TestDB;timeOutThread=5
