Yup, I think there is no memory leak, at least I haven't noticed any serious leaks, nevertheless I'll investigate it a little more with jconsole later on, now it looks like everything's fine (repetitive redeployments work, i.e. no ClassLoader warnings, only while undeploying I get a small message, but the huge stack trace while deploying disappeared).
Thanks for the jconsole tips, I'll look for the shark fins :)
