I have attached a segment of code that requires a URL to a picture and downloads it to the hard-drive. Passing the URL of the picture on the login page, it is unable to grab the image.

However the code works perfectly when grabbing an image that is stored in the ISS side and is able to download google's logo.
Any clues?
