Ehm what about the persistence Provider?
And the jar file or the classes to load?
Can you post a more complete example?
If you do not set the persistence provider you will get this error
"javax.persistence.PersistenceException: No Persistence provider for EntityManager named xxxx"
Is There a way to avoid completely the persistence.xml and to configure the Persistence Unit code wise?
