When I look in my local directory the .jar file is there but it's in the format<somejarfile>.jar.pack.gz. What am I suppose to do with that? Do I rename these to .jar, am I suppose to unpack them (I've already tried and failed). Really, I don't want to spend weeks trying to configure another app server (already gave up on jboss). Is there an easy way to get this thing to work?
