Thanks for your response Snjezana.

We are trying to pull down the latest GlassFish build into our build setup.
As this is needed for a Java ONE lab, we would like to resolve this soon.

Second item is definitely expected since we aligned content and file
layout of non-IPS based and IPS based distribution between these two
builds. Missing default domain directory, however, is an issue and I'll
take a look at it - glassfish.zip file produced by the build definitely
contains default domain content, but it seems that something wierd is
going on with the artifact that is uploaded to Maven repository...
