I think one of the two things will work:

- Run the create-domain command with --savemasterpassword which saves it on the disk (in an encrypted manner).

- Change your start and stop commands with --passwordfile with AS_ADMIN_MASTERPASSWORD in it (needs to be in clear-text, for starters).
