Hi Satya,
I have added "localhost" to my absolute IP in the host file like below. and then i restarted my cluster. then all started successfully.
#127.0.0.1 RSI-CHE-GGIVirtual1 localhost.localdomain localhost
10.151.50.2 RSI-CHE-GGIVirtual1 "localhost"
