Seems Problem with Database Drivers...
By the following changes Problem got solved
-> Changed the drivers from IBM Db2 to Data Direct Drivers
-> Added JVM Option -DAllowMediatedWriteInDefaultFetchGroup=true for CMP2.1
->Changed JVM Option -client to -server
But I read in one of the forums... glassfish is well support IBM DB2 Type 4 Drivers. I dont know how it is true??
