If 2 instances are in running state, when deploying the ear only some times the exception is coming
To reproduce the scenario follow either of the cases:
Case1:
-> Create Cluster with One Node Agent + One Instance
-> Now try to deploy the ear with availabilityEnabled=true
Case2:
-> If Cluster having two instances, Start only one Instance and try to deploy the ear
Case3:
-> If ear is already deployed successfully, Stop all the process and start DAS after that start any instance.
