Bhavik,
GlassFish v3 can be installed by unzipping the directory.
GlassFish v2.1 can be installed as:
echo A | java -Xmx256m -jar
~/Downloads/glassfish-installer-v2.1-b60e-darwin.jar -console
GLASSFISH_HOME=`pwd`/glassfish
cd $GLASSFISH_HOME
chmod +x ./lib/ant/bin/ant
./lib/ant/bin/ant -f setup.xml
