I think our messages crossed path, as I realized it was probably a good idea to include version info, but not until after I submitted the original post.
Just in case, I'll repeat it here, both v2UR2 and v2.1.
About a test case, the problem is that we don't get the problem to consistently happen. All we are doing is a standard redirect:
res.sendRedirect(req.getContextPath() + "/faces/study/TermsOfUsePage.xhtml" + params);
I can (and will), however, fie the bug now.
