We have problem that is most likely related, with two EAR files at ~30Mb. On multiple occations the instance has been corrupted and refused to start. We have not been able to restore the instance and was forced to re-install and redeploy each time.
That exception is also frequently found in our logs when deploying or modifying an instance. We don't experience corrupt instances each time it appears though.
