Disabling this property helped a lot.
Server is now up for 3 weeks without the need of an restart.
Could still detect some dropouts (1-2 per day), where db connections increase.
But this dropouts are now very short (1 second).
What i also see is that the used heap space is much lesser than before.
Detect the same issue also in an second case.
I just compressed the access log files with command "nice -n 19 tar -czvf access.tgz ./*.txt".
During this glassfish also stopped responsing one time.
