Could you enable the SSL logs by adding this property in domain.xml and restarting the server?
javax.net.debug=ssl
This would provide a better peak into the SSL transport. Also, we are assuming that you are accessing
https://<Ip-address>:8181 or are you accessing a specific application URL?
