Why did you change the parameters from the admin interface? Was it a development/testing thing or is it something you expect to happen in production?
It is "obvious" that changing parameters could/would invalidate existing connections, so if you actually need different connections with different parameters in production, I would suggest you create multiple queues/factories.
If it was just for development/testing, then ignore it.
