When an asadmin command prompts for accepting certificate, it will store it in your $HOME/.asadmintruststore file. If the certificate is already stored there, you will not be prompted to accept the certificate. The nodeagent does use the certificates in config directory of the node agent (nodeagents/<node-agent-name>/agent/config).
Not sure about "invalid command" message.
