While the logistics for a post GlassFish v2.1 release that is based on the GlassFish v2.1 codebase (as opposed to the GlassFish v3.0 codebase) are still being worked out, your options for gaining access to fixes are to check out and build GlassFish yourself, following the instructions at: http://wiki.glassfish.java.net/Wiki.jsp?page=BuildInformation, or to get a GlassFish support contract, which will entitle you to patch releases with the fixes you are looking for.
