I am experiencing the exact same problem (the latter exception) using Java 1.6.0_10.
My end-poiont is also annotated as yours (@Statefull and @Adressing).
I gues the client need to put in some more information in its SOAP-header, but I have no idea what and how?
Can anybody help us out on this?
