The asadmin start-domain and start-node-agent are totally seperate and don't figure out dependencies of eachother.
So if you have a cluster setup using node-agents, you'll need to execute each independently.
When we startup, we do:
start domain / start node-agents
When we shutdown we do:
stop node-agents / stop domain
