Yes I am using XA JConnect Driver "com.sybase.jdbc2.jdbc.SybXADataSource" and I have successfully used same "jconn2.jar" in weblogic to create Sybase XA connection pool.
I have also checked sybase.com/pdfdocs/jcg0400e/jcrg.pdf:
It says: Action: If you want to pass a query string, use Statement, not PreparedStatement.
But I am just creating the connection pool and using the "PING" fuction from Sun App Server Admin console to test the connection pool.
As I push the PING button. I get the errors message "JZ0S3: The inherited method getConnection() cannot be used in this subclass".
Please let me know, if you guys need more information!
